In pregatirea programului de nutritie holistic “Mananc Sanatos” va propun cateva variante de smoothie-uri:

1. Smoothie Energizant:
-1banana
-150g capsuni
-seminte de chia
-seminte de canepa
-sirop de agave, artar sau miere (dupa gust)
-2-3 frunze de menta

2. Smoothie verde Multivitamine:
-1mana de spanac (sau frunze verzi de salata, varza, etc)
-1 kiwi
-1 portocala/grapefruit
-seminte de chia/canepa

3. Smoothie Calmant
-250g lapte de migdale/cocos
-1 banana
-1-2lg miere
-optional cacao (dupa gust)

4. Smoothie Boost de Energie:
-150g pepene rosu
-1 grapefruit/portocala
-100g ananas

5. Smoothie Detox:
– 1lamaie+200ml apa calduta+1lg miere+ 2-3 frunze menta
– 50 ghimbir ras mic, 1 lamaie, 2lg miere, un varf sofran
– 100g spanac,1 banana, 100ml lapte de migdale, seminte de canepa
