3 Cooking Classes cca 3-4 hours in the evening with a reknown Michelin star, Slow Food Chef
4 optional gourmet trips to a pasta farm, an olive farm/ winery, a mozzarela farm and a lemon farm.
The cooking classes program include the following:
-Welcome brunch -Guided tour of the estate and organic vegetable gardens to pick the vegetables -Hands-on Cooking Class held in English -Organic ingredients -4 Course meal -Local Wine with meal -Coffee espresso and homemade liqueurs -Customized apron -Recipes -Participation Certificate -Then, at the end of the week, each one will have a “Gourmet Food gift package”.
